This is because shipping rates in the shop are based on size, weight, location and generally USPS and International shipping rates.

Our headquarters are based in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. However, to be able to offer our subscribers the cheapest and fastest shipping possible, all of our boxes are packed and shipped out of Oregon, USA. Therefore, the majority of companies we partner with for the items in the box are also based in the US, and charge us for their product in US dollars as well.Also, we are currently only able to choose one currency for our transactions with our current payment processor, and as we ship our boxes internationally, we wanted to choose a currency that was recognized worldwide.
