Your Purchase Was Flagged as Fraud If any unusual activity is detected on your card, your card issuer may freeze your account until they have spoken to you and confirmed the legitimacy of certain past transactions. &#xA0;If you&apos;ve checked the suggestions above and you believe that you have enough credit available, it&apos;s possible that a freeze has occurred. &#xA0;The best way to deal with this is to immediately call your card issuer and go through their verification process. &#xA0;If no fraud is found, the card provider should be able to unfreeze your card while on the phone.Hopefully, the above information will help you in the event of a decline. &#xA0;If you are unsure why your card is being declined, it is best to reach out to your bank/card issuer for more information. Our headquarters are based in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. However, to be able to offer our subscribers the cheapest and fastest shipping possible, all of our boxes are packed and shipped out of Oregon, USA. Therefore, the majority of companies we partner with for the items in the box are also based in the US, and charge us for their product in US dollars as well.Also, we are currently only able to choose one currency for our transactions with our current payment processor, and as we ship our boxes internationally, we wanted to choose a currency that was recognized worldwide.
