My LL- Coupons aren't working at checkout (March 2026)Updated 22 days ago
Our system has been a bit glitchy when multiple LL- coupons are entered in the Discount Code or Gift Card field. It triggers an error stating that one or more discount codes have been changed/removed.
We have heard back from our external team, those who run our main checkout platform, and they are working on a solution. Apparently, other companies are experiencing similar issues. We don't have a timeline on when a fix will be completed, but we hope it will be soon.
For now, you can go ahead and complete your purchase any way you can. Once your order has been completed, email [email protected] with your OWL order number and the coupon codes you were hoping to use. We can then refund what you would have saved with your coupons after the fact. This is our only workaround at this time.
Remember, coupons only work towards the product cost and not shipping and taxes, so be sure not to over-redeem or you will lose out on some points.
