'Tis the Season for Giving!
10% of all net sales made over the Morally Gray and Black Friday weekends will be donated to Room to Read! Room to Read’s mission is to develop children’s foundational literacy skills, as well as life skills, that promote gender equality.
Important Things to Note:
- Discounts will be pre-applied.
- Our shipping team will potentially start processing Early Owls orders the same day and once an order has moved into processing, we will not be able to cancel. Be sure you are confident with your purchase before checkout!
- That being said, due to the influx of orders coming in over the weekend, please allow more than the usual 3-6 business days for your order to process and ship. You can watch our Shipping Updates page HERE.
- We are unable to combine multiple orders made over the weekend into one shipment. Each order made will have shipping calculated at checkout and will ship separately from any other order placed over the weekend.
- Be sure to have all the items you want in your cart as we are unable to edit/add items to an order once it has been processed and are unable to combine orders even if they are made on the same day.
- Having an item in your cart doesn’t reserve it for you. Be sure you have all the items you want and proceed to checkout sooner rather than later. Once an item has sold out in the store, it won’t be restocked.
- While we hope to process all BF orders as quickly as possible, we do anticipate an influx of orders. Our shipping team will be doing their best to get orders out the door in good time.
- Please note that shipments are processed a couple of days before shipping notifications are sent/orders are picked up by USPS. If your order shows as Processed in our system, Customer Support will no longer be able to refund/cancel or change an address.
- Please make sure you are confident with your purchase. Once your shipment has been processed, we are no longer able to cancel it or issue a refund.
