Due to the nature of made-to-order products, we are unable to accept returns or offer exchanges. Please make sure you are choosing the correct size and color before checking out.

Where your item is printed depends on where you are located. We will always choose the printer closest to your location to fulfill your order. 

As printers can vary, and different ink types are used, there may be slight differences between one item and the next. 

As our Store Exclusive items are shipped directly from the printer to you, shipping times will be different from our regular suggested delivery times for OwlCrate shop items. Please see this article for more information.

Different items may ship from different locations so you may receive your order in multiple packages. Shipping times will vary depending on where your item is coming from.
