These points have been mentioned in other places but they are all here for reference.
- Discounts will be applied and visible on the last checkout page. You will see your final total before completing your purchase.
- Our shipping team will start processing Early Owls orders as soon as they can and once an order has moved into processing, we will not be able to cancel. Be sure you are confident with your purchase before checkout!
- That being said, due to the influx of orders coming in over the weekend, please allow more than the usual 3-6 business days for your order to process and ship. You can watch our Shipping Updates page HERE.
- We are unable to combine multiple orders made over the weekend into one shipment. Each order made will have shipping calculated at checkout and will ship separately from any other order placed over the weekend.
- Be sure to have all the items you want in your cart as we are unable to edit/add items to an order once it has been processed and are unable to combine orders even if they are made on the same day.
- Having an item in your cart doesn’t reserve it for you. Be sure you have all the items you want and check out sooner than later. Once an item has sold out in the shop, it won’t be restocked.
- While we hope to process all MGF orders as quickly as possible, we do anticipate an influx of orders. Our shipping team will be doing their best to get orders out the door in good time. Please note that shipping notifications will be sent at the time your shipment is processed/shipping label is printed but it can take a couple of days before USPS officially scans your package and you start seeing movement.
- Please make sure you are confident with your purchase. Once your shipment has been processed (even if you haven’t received your shipping notification), we are no longer able to cancel it or issue a refund.
