I got an email that my account has been cancelled but I didn’t cancel it. What’s going on?Updated a year ago

Not to worry! There is a chance that you may have had two active subscriptions and were set to receive duplicate boxes. We may have simply cancelled your extra box (and extra subscription) and refunded you for it. When this happens, you are sent a notification that your subscription has been cancelled.

If this cancellation was in error and you did mean to receive two monthly boxes, simply email us at [email protected] and we can sort it out.

If you did have two subscriptions active at time of renewal, the other subscription should still be active and you will receive that month’s box.
