Unfortunately, we are unable to retroactively apply coupons to a completed purchase.
With the way coupons are created and used in our system, it is best for them to be entered at checkout so that they can be accurately tracked, as opposed to us cancelling a coupon and refunding the value of the coupon to a completed purchase.
If you have a coupon, be sure to take your time and enter it at checkout. If you forget, you can always use it on a future purchase.
The LL- coupons you receive when you redeem reward points do not expire.
