I am having trouble updating my payment details (Shop Pay Edition)Updated 2 minutes ago

If you are having trouble updating your payment details on your account and you are using Shop Pay (Shop App) as your default method, you will need to make the charges through Shop Pay directly, not through your OwlCrate account. 

You can change the Shop Pay card that you use to pay for your subscription by either choosing another card or by adding a new card to Shop Pay.

  • In the Active orders section, click on the subscription order that you want to edit.
  • Scroll down to your subscription details, and then click Edit payment method.
  • Do one of the following:
  • Choose an existing card on your Shop Pay account, and then click Update.
  • Click + Use a different card to add a new card to Shop Pay.
  • Click Update.

Please note that the change to your payment details may not be immediately reflected in your OwlCrate Customer Account but it will update when your next renewal is processed. It is at that time that our system will pull information from Shop Pay.
