How long will it take for my OwlCrate to arrive?Updated 10 months ago

The time it takes for your box to arrive depends on where you are located.

USA: Once shipped, most customers within the US will receive their box within 2-5 business days.

CANADA: Boxes being shipped to Canada generally take 10-14 business days to arrive. However, delays can happen, especially if the Canadian Customs Office is backed up. Please allow 2-4 weeks for Canadian delivery. Once your box reaches Canada, checking your tracking number with Canada Post often gives more up-to-date information for the location of your box.

INTERNATIONAL: International boxes vary greatly depending on where you live. Boxes shipped to countries in which door-to-door tracking is offered can arrive within 2-4 weeks. Remember during busy times of the year and holidays, boxes can get caught up in customs and being sorted into your local postal service, and may need a bit more time.

Boxes being shipped to countries where door-to-door tracking isn't offered can take a bit longer. We are constantly gathering information to provide better estimated arrival times. We do find boxes headed to an address with a PO Box have a smoother delivery but boxes can be delivered to your home address as well.

South America: please allow anywhere from 6-10 weeks for delivery. It is often the case that your box has just gotten caught up in customs and being sorted into your local postal service.

South East Asia: please allow anywhere from 4-6 weeks for delivery.

Middle East: please allow 4-8 weeks for delivery, depending on the destination country.

Africa: please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery. South Africa specifically tends to take much longer as boxes tend to get caught up in the local postal service. 

The majority of European countries, Australia and New Zealand can generally expect their boxes to arrive within 2-4 weeks of leaving the US.
