How do I update my Shipping Address?Updated 4 months ago
When logging into your customer account, you always want to log in through owlcrate.com.
Please note: Updating your shipping address will only take effect with your next renewal and will not change any orders currently in the system. If you think you have a pending shipment with us, please email [email protected] so we can make sure your order is sent to the right place!
To update your address, log into your account and click MANAGE SUBSCRIPTIONS (teal button). The next page is the default landing page for your subscriptions. Click the Address & Payment Details button on the right to change your shipping address.
Below “Your Info”, click the Manage Addresses button.
Choose the address you wish to update and click Edit.
Fill out the form with your new address and click Save Changes.

Extra Information:
If you have multiple subscriptions going to different addresses, please contact [email protected] and we can make sure the correct address updates are applied to the correct subscription.
We do not recommend using the Remove option when managing your addresses as this can affect your past purchase history.
This address update only changes the address for upcoming subscription renewals. To update your address on pending special edition orders or other independent shop orders, please email [email protected].
