How do I update my Payment Details?Updated 9 hours ago

When logging into your customer account, you always want to log in through owlcrate.com

To update your credit card on file, log into your account and click MANAGE SUBSCRIPTIONS (teal button). 

The next page is the default landing page for your subscriptions. To update your payment details, click the Address & Payment Details button on the right.

Below “Your Info”, click the Manage Payment Methods button.

You can Edit the current card on file, or you can Add Payment Method.

In the pop-up, enter your new card details, then click Save Changes/Add Payment Method to confirm.

Done!

Note: Adding a new credit card to your account via your customer account will override any current Shop Pay or PayPal payment methods.


If you are using the Shop Pay app, you will need to update your payment details through that app.

You can change the Shop Pay card that you use to pay for your subscription order by either choosing another card, or by adding a new card to Shop Pay.

* In the Active orders section, click on the subscription order that you want to edit.

* Scroll down to your subscription details, and then click Edit payment method.

* Do one of the following:

Choose an existing card on your Shop Pay account, and then click Update.

Click + Use a different card to add a new card to Shop Pay.

* Click Update.


If you are using PayPal, you will need to update which card/account you want used via your PayPal account. 


If you want to switch from a Credit Card on file to Shop Pay or PayPal, you will need to purchase a new subscription through the main website, going through the full checkout process. Please email [email protected] and we will help you with this process, ensuring you don't end up with duplicate subscriptions. You can also email support if you have any other questions about updating your payment details.
