EU Right of Withdrawal - Return/Refund PolicyUpdated an hour ago

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. This 14-day period begins from the day you, or a third party you have nominated, receive the last item of your order. Weekends and public holidays are included in this period.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you can submit a return or cancellation request directly through your customer account, or through our website HERE.

If your order has not been shipped, we can cancel and refund your order within a few days of receiving your request.

If you wish to return an item that you have received, any return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated. We do not supply a return shipping label.
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

OwlCrate Customer Support will let you know when you refund has been processed.

Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons, once opened. (Coffee, Tea, etc)
• Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized (ex. Subscriber and Store Exclusive items, etc)
• Digital content that has been downloaded or streamed, once access has begun
