Generally, all Subscriber and Store Exclusive Collection sales are final. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately, and we will do everything we can to help.
Please note: Once an item has been put into production, we can no longer cancel the order or issue a refund.
Due to the nature of made-to-order products, we are unable to accept returns or offer exchanges. Please make sure you are choosing the correct size and colour before checking out.
