Will I be charged any extra customs/duty fees when my order arrives?Updated 3 months ago

The items in our Store Exclusives Collections are manufactured at a variety of locations/countries depending on the type of item you are purchasing. Because of this, there is a chance you may be charged extra customs/duty fees if your items from one location are over your country's value threshold for taxable goods.

For example, if you are in Canada and the manufacturer closest to you doesn't stock your item, your order may be fulfilled in another country - like the US or the UK. In this case, there is a chance you will be charged duty fees depending on the overall value of your order. 

Unfortunately, we don't have any control over which manufacturers stock certain items and are unable to refund any extra fees you may be charged.

For this reason, we recommend breaking up any large purchases into multiple smaller orders, as this will increase your chances of avoiding extra fees upon delivery.
