I only received one of my items. Where is the rest of my order?Updated 5 months ago

Many of our Store Exclusives Collection items are shipped directly to you from the printer. 

Different printers specialize in different items so there is a chance your order will be shipped in multiple packages.  Shipping times for items will vary depending on where your item is coming from but you will receive a shipping notification and tracking number for each item shipped.

If you purchased your Store Exclusives item in the same transaction as other items from our online store, there will be multiple packages - a shipment from OwlCrate and a shipment from the printer.
