These points have been mentioned in other places but they are all here for reference.

• Our Store Exclusives Collection, Licensed Author Collections, and OwlCrate Merch Collection are not included in the sale.
  
  
• Discounts will be automatically applied and visible on the last checkout page. You will see your final total before completing your purchase.
  
  
• Due to the influx of orders coming in throughout the sale, please allow more than the usual 3-6 business days for your order to ship.
• We are unable to combine multiple orders made over the course of the sale into one shipment. Each order made will have shipping calculated at checkout and will ship separately from any other order placed during the sale. 
• Be sure to have all the items you want in your cart as we are unable to edit/add items to an order once it has been processed and are unable to combine orders even if they are made on the same day.
• Having an item in your cart doesn’t reserve it for you. Be sure you have all the items you want and check out sooner than later. Once an item has sold out in the shop, it won’t be restocked. 
• Please make sure you are confident with your purchase. Once your shipment has been processed (even if you haven’t received your shipping notification), we are no longer able to cancel it or issue a refund.
