How do I skip a box?

When logging into your customer account, you always want to log in through owlcrate.com.
If you are on the monthly plan and would like to skip a box, you just need to log into your account in general and click MANAGE SUBSCRIPTIONS or My Subscriptions (both in teal). On the next page, expand the active subscription box by clicking the [+] and you will then see the SKIP RENEWAL option on the left.
Note: Be sure to skip before your renewal goes through on the 1st of that month. If you forget and a charge goes through, please email customer support as you will no longer be able to skip that box through your customer account.
If you are on the 3-Month or 6-Month plan and wish to skip a box, please email [email protected] and we can sort that out for you.
Note: If you skip a multi-month plan through your customer account, you will not be skipping one box but an entire 3- or 6-Month cycle.

At this time, only people who are subscribed to a Monthly plan have an option to skip a box themselves. Simply log in to your account, and you'll see your current subscription information on the left-hand side. Click the 'EDIT' button. On the next page, click the button that says 'Skip Next Renewal'. This will show your old renewal date, and your new renewal date. Just confirm the change and you're good to go!
If you are currently on a 3- or 6-Month plan and would like to skip a box, you still can! You just need to email us at [email protected], so we can manually adjust your shipments. Please do not try skipping a renewal within your account, as this will actually skip 3/6 months, not just one. We wouldn't want that to happen! Email us and we'll get everything sorted out.
