Generally, all Store Exclusives Collection sales are final. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately and we will do everything we can to help. 

Please note: Once an item has been put into production, we can no longer cancel the order or issue a refund.

Due to the nature of made-to-order products, we are unable to accept returns or offer exchanges. Please make sure you are choosing the correct size and color before checking out.
